Maximus Arcade the developer stopped making any future updates, but it works great for me. Not trying to bash it, just telling you what most people on this board would say. That said, hyperspin is gorgeous but known for having somewhat of a steep learning curve. I'd say look up each on youtube and see what you like the best. It is what I use, so maybe I'm a little biased.

However, a lot of people say maximus is one of the easier ones to set up. There are plenty of others out there gameex, hyperspin, mala, mamewah, etc. My front end is Maximus Arcade and is pretty much known for being easy to set up.

Very easy and works like a champ on my windows xp arcade machine. If I were to go with another front end would I need to find the regular version of MAME I have a working set of ROM's with the correct build of MAMEui.

I'd like an authentic feel if I could get it. I have it so when the PC boots up it goes right into MAME. In he past I've used MAMEui(32.whatever it is called now). Locally I plan on picking up one of these PC's to use as the brains. I'm looking into picking up a Nintendo cabinet next week with the intent on MAME'n it. So many options exist and I guess everyone has different needs.
